Adam’s Peak, or Sri Pada as known in Sri Lanka, is an important pilgrim site in Sri Lanka traditionally begins on the full moon day of December and ends on the full moon day of April. Many people attempt to reach the top in the early hours of the day with an aim to view the majestic sun rise and the shadow of the mount.
